New Year Retreat Day

January - Hertfordshire

An intentional day focused on confidence, belief and clarity for the year ahead. Members created vision boards, strengthened mindset and closed the day with a guided meditation in a peaceful farm setting.

Recognition Event

March - London

An day dedicated to celebrating achievement and progression within the industry.

Members received recognition for their business milestones, heard insights from top leaders in the company and concluded the evening with dinner together

Hotel Tour & Coffee Morning

April - Kings Cross

A small group of us met at a London Hotel, where we were welcomed for a private tour led by the hotel’s management team, followed by a coffee morning and lunch. An opportunity to gain industry insight while connecting in person.

Social Media Training Day

May - Birmingham

A focused training day dedicated to strengthening social media strategy and confidence online. The session included an interactive social media workshop, practical content creation and time to connect over lunch at Hoar Cross Hall.

Training Day

June - London

A focused training day covering finding clients, retention and delivering exceptional service. The day concluded with an

Abu Dhabi destination event in Mayfair, where members met directly with hotel partners and representatives and learnt all about what this destination has to offer.

Cruise Training Day

July - Southampton

A dedicated training day focused on both ocean and river cruise products. Members met with major cruise and river cruise partners to deepen their knowledge and better advise clients. The day included breakfast and lunch alongside structured presentations.

Summer Social Event

July - London Canary Wharf

A relaxed summer gathering in Canary Wharf, giving members time to connect beyond training. The day included friendly competition at Fairgame followed by food together in the sun.

Team Weekend Trip

September - Porto, Portugal

Members travelled to Porto to attend our host company’s annual conference, taking part in two full days of training led by industry experts. The trip also included supplier meetings and time to explore the city together. We ended the weekend with a fancy gala dinner.

Marketing Training Day

October - Birmingham

A focused development day held at The Village Hotel, centred on marketing strategy, advertising and business growth. Members worked through attraction-based approaches and practical planning, with time to connect over lunch.

World Travel Market

November - London Excel

Members attended World Travel Market at London Excel, one of the travel industry’s leading global events. The day provided direct access to international suppliers and hotels, destination representatives and tourist boards.

Recognition & Training Event

November - London

A day dedicated to celebrating progress and achievement across the Academy. Members were recognised for their milestones, shared in collective success and gathered together to mark another strong chapter of growth. We finished the day with dinner together.

Xmas Gala Party

December - Buckinghamshire

An elegant end-of-year gathering celebrating milestones, connection and the Academy’s collective success. The evening included a three-course dinner, awards and recognition moments, gifts and prizes, followed by a celebration on the dancefloor.
